Welcome to Otaku's Library. By using our informational library and tracking tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before participating in the community or submitting content.
Service Overview
Otaku's Library is a curated information library for anime, manga, manhwa, manhua, donghua, and novels. We do not host or stream licensed content; we provide structured metadata, summaries, and links for discovery and personal tracking only.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. No spam, harassment, scraping without permission, or attempts to disrupt the service. Community participation should follow local laws and platform guidelines.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not upload or request infringing files, bypass security, impersonate others, automate abusive traffic, or create fake accounts to manipulate ratings or reviews. Do not use third-party assets in ways that violate the source site’s terms or applicable laws.
Content Sources & IP
Information may be librarian-curated, surfaced from search results, generated by AI, or submitted by users. Artwork may come from APIs (e.g., AniList) or user submissions, and some links may be hotlinked from official sources. Rights remain with their owners; please respect applicable copyright and license terms.
User Content License
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of operating the platform. You must only submit content you have the rights to share.
Accuracy & Disclaimers
We aim for accurate, librarian-reviewed information, but AI- or search-derived entries may contain errors. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on platform content.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict access to the service at our discretion, especially in cases of policy violations, abuse, or legal requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Otaku’s Library and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on platform content.
